chore: Add .gitignore entries for GitHub configuration and Super-linter output This commit adds new entries to the `.gitignore` file to exclude directories related to GitHub configuration (`github_conf/`) and Super-linter output (`super-linter-output/`). The files `github_conf/branch_protection_rules.json` and `super-linter-output/super-linter-summary.md` were also deleted, as they were no longer needed or were generated by the Super-linter.
