Verified the patch 2082657-feed_icon_on_the_front-47.patch mentioned in #47.

Steps performed to verify the patch:
1. Navigate to the Home page and hover over the RSS Feed icon.
2. Verify the text when hovering on RSS icon.
3. Apply the patch.
4. Repeat steps 1 and 2.

As no text was displayed when hover over RSS icon, the patch is not working as expected.
FAILS TEST, so moving to "Needs Work". Screenshots have been attached.
