Name no team for this repository, and stop calling skills commands This repository listed @axelerant/engineering as its owner. That team does not exist, and the repository sits under a personal account where an org team owns nothing anyway. It now names the account that actually owns it, and the contract allows a single account where no team owns a repository. Separately, the contract claimed the plugin ships a skill plus "separate command files" and implied the Claude app only gets the former. That is wrong. Claude Code treats a flat file in commands/ and a folder in skills/ as the same thing and namespaces both under the plugin, so all three appear wherever the plugin is installed. What changes between surfaces is what a skill can reach, not which skills exist: an audit needs a checkout, and the Claude app has none.
