Report Vale locally and put literal addresses in code spans The prose inputs are a synthesized directory with no .git, so reviewdog's annotation reporter failed even though Vale found nothing. Reporting locally keeps the check meaningful instead of failing on its own plumbing. Two loopback addresses sat in prose as bare URLs, which MD034 rejects; they are literals, so they belong in code spans.
