Drop gcloud, cloud-sql-proxy, android-sdk, googleworkspace CLI and pandoc

Drop gcloud, cloud-sql-proxy, android-sdk, googleworkspace CLI and pandoc Removes four tools from mise's global [tools], leaving only the three self-updating agent CLIs that a read-only /nix/store genuinely breaks. That list is now 3 entries, down from 57 before the migration. pandoc leaves the Nix package set too. Note that ~/Code/work/padi/cloudflare still pins pandoc = "latest" in its own mise.toml, so it will keep being installed inside that project - that repo is not managed here. Nothing is uninstalled by this commit. The mise installs stay on disk until `mise prune` runs, which is safe now that no config references them.
