Add auto-mode environment config

Add auto-mode environment config Written by /auto-mode-setup into ~/.claude/settings.json, which is a symlink into this worktree, so it landed here rather than in $HOME. Its tool inventory still lists chezmoi as routine for this project, which is no longer true; left as generated rather than hand-edited.
