chore: Update clean script and fix Dockerfile PATH Adds new docker image tags to the clean.sh script to ensure they are removed correctly. Corrects the vendor directory path in the php8/frankenphp-trixie/Dockerfile to ensure the composer bin directory is correctly added to the PATH.
