I have checked the MR !19. Working fine.

Before applying patch the "Default button type" field (In the components section) was not visible on "admin/appearance/settings/bootstrap_barrio" link.

After merging MR !19, the "Default button type" field (In the components section) is visible. Users can choose the default button style from this field.
