I would like to be the maintainer of this project. I saw https://github.com/elementor/elementor trending on GitHub and I believe this could be a good alternative for layout builders.

I am also mentoring a few people in the Drupal community, once I have ownership of this project, I'll be able to review the work on novice developers done for this project. Thanks.
