Uploading the patch for the change. It is a simple change to the rule to allow all versions of 1.x higher than 1.2.21. This allows someone who wants to stick to the older version to stay on that version while allowing someone like me who wants to move to the latest version. This won't allow version 2 of lightgallery when it comes out. This makes sense as that will probably break BC.
