Since you have installed this module, I guess every add to cart button will be ajaxified. So, when you click that button embedded inside the block, ideally what I expect is the block will just refresh itself - although I pretty sure that it is not going to be clean refresh, i.e. things can break. I haven't tried anything similar to it.
