There are no followers in 30 days so i consider it as maybe some of my silly mistake.
Adding Rules in following order somehow solved my problem (may be it helps someone).
Event : View
Condition : Conent Type
Actions :
Set - messages ** imp***
set data value
Then
added event called save
added actions called update
deleted unwanted events and actions
