Looks like I forgot to update the ticket after fixing another related one.

After https://www.drupal.org/project/clientside_validation/issues/2784069 was fixed and merged, library is no longer a composer dependency. README is also updated and should work well now.

There is still an issue in logic to support the existing installations. Re-opened the related one for the same and fixing there.
