@Abhishek, I think this works as designed, you need to configure it to allow HTML in tooltips.

in /appearance/settings/bootstrap, Bootstrap Settings > JavaScript tab > Tooltips accordion > Check the HTML option (Insert HTML into the tooltip) to allow HTML.
