ci: Add timeouts and improve log collection in test workflow Adds a 10-second timeout to `docker exec` commands for collecting Apache and Nginx error logs. This prevents the workflow from hanging indefinitely if the commands fail to execute. Also, the order of log collection for Nginx and PHP-FPM has been adjusted for better readability.
