ci: Improve Drupal test workflow checks

ci: Improve Drupal test workflow checks Replaces `curl -sI ... | grep "HTTP/1.1 200 OK"` with `curl -v --fail` for more robust HTTP status code checking in the Drupal test workflow. Also updates the Apache restart command to use `apache2ctl -k graceful` on the `apache-trixie` variant.
