Created a new view for /services/ page and disabled the existing one.

Created a new view for /services/ page and disabled the existing one. Updated the view page in existing node twig file. Created new twig files and preprocessed variables for it. Added a new logic for displaying only the service providers of the type on which the view is being viewed.
