I have checked the "Merge request !24", working fine.

Please follow the below steps to fix the issue.

  1. Create a Font Awesome Icon field
  2. Set the widget to Font Awesome Iconpicker Widget in the form display
  3. A custom field description is not shown to the user in the edit UI for the field.
