Say, for expected transition at 13:56:00(T1), 13:58:00(T2), respective DB entries made are 13:56:12(T1), 13:58:34(T2)- random seconds value 12 seconds, 34 seconds.
So, instead of cron to pick T1 at 13:56:00 it picks on next minute 13:57:00 because of additional 12 seconds entry in DB.
