are {account_ID} & {List_ID} static values ?
Also, the service appears to be doing token replacement for you using the DynamicFields.
So, if the two IDs are static & you are willing to do the token replacement on your own (drupal tokens) and send a simple string to the gateway, this would probably work for you.
