I found two issues with this,

1. Patch didn't apply with git
2. The link text is static -`Claim Entity`, end user wouldn't like to see this. It should be dynamic, admin would like to choose the text to display.

Third thing, With the dynamic text, I would not choose the same text for different entities (IF I'm allowing multiple entity claim). I would need more than 1 block to place at different locations for different entities OR with one block I would prefer to configure text for each entities claim link.
